FORTALECIMIENTO DE COMPETENCIAS INVESTIGATIVAS: UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE ESTRATEGIAS UTILIZADAS EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR

Résumé
L'acquisition de compétences en matière de recherche au niveau de l'enseignement supérieur permet le développement académique et social, car c'est l'université qui est responsable de la formation du capital humain. Une revue systématique a été menée afin d'identifier les recherches liées à la mise en œuvre de stratégies pour le développement et le renforcement des compétences de recherche dans l'enseignement supérieur, de 2009 à 2019. En tenant compte du protocole PRISMA, la recherche a été effectuée dans ERIC et ScienceDirect. Les critères d'inclusion de la recherche étaient les suivants : articles originaux en anglais, portugais ou espagnol, avec une date de publication allant jusqu'à décembre 2019, étudiants universitaires de premier cycle ou de troisième cycle comme participants et description de stratégies pour le développement et/ou le renforcement des compétences en matière de recherche. Onze études ont été sélectionnées ; toutes les stratégies ont été appliquées au niveau du premier cycle, y compris le mentorat de recherche, les unités de recherche, les cours et les classes de laboratoire appliqués au programme d'études, le tutorat et l'apprentissage collaboratif pour le développement d'un projet de recherche interdisciplinaire. Il est conclu que les stratégies employées constituent une référence pour la mise en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes visant à développer et à renforcer les compétences professionnelles requises dans les différents cursus universitaires.
