GESTÃO ESCOLAR NA CONQUISTA DA APRENDIZAGEM MATEMÁTICA: REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA

Resumo
O processo de gestão escolar costuma apresentar diversos desafios relacionados a fatores pedagógicos, como a escassa formação docente em estratégias de aprendizagem ou fatores contextuais em que o ensino não se adapta às necessidades de cada aluno. Consequentemente, tornou-se oportuno realizar uma revisão da literatura com o objetivo de analisar como as práticas de gestão escolar influenciam positivamente a aprendizagem matemática. Para isso, foi aplicada a metodologia PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses) e foi realizada uma revisão de fontes de informação como Scopus, Scielo, Dialnet e ERIC. Foram selecionados 22 artigos científicos dos últimos cinco anos, de um total de 595. Verificou-se que, na gestão educacional, estão envolvidos fatores como a formação contínua dos professores, o planeamento estratégico e o uso de tecnologias educacionais que contribuem significativamente para o desempenho dos alunos em matemática. Concluiu-se que a gestão escolar é necessária e fundamental para colmatar lacunas de aprendizagem e promover uma aprendizagem da matemática com equidade que se possa adaptar a diferentes realidades.
