GESTIÓN ESCOLAR EN EL LOGRO DE APRENDIZAJES MATEMÁTICOS: REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Resumen

El proceso de gestión escolar presenta desafíos relacionados con factores pedagógicos, como la escasa formación docente en estrategias de aprendizaje o factores contextuales donde la enseñanza no se adapta a las necesidades de cada estudiante. En consecuencia, se ejecutó una revisión de la literatura con el objetivo de determinar cómo influye la gestión escolar en el logro de aprendizajes matemáticos. Para ello se aplicó la metodología PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses). La información fue obtenida de bases de datos como SciELO, Scopus, ERIC y Dialnet. Se seleccionaron 22 artículos científicos de los últimos cinco años de un total de 595. Se encontró que, en la gestión escolar están involucrados factores como la capacitación continua del docente, la planificación estratégica y el uso de las tecnologías educativas que contribuyen de manera significativa al rendimiento de los estudiantes en matemática. Se concluyó que la gestión escolar resulta necesaria y fundamental para cerrar brechas de aprendizaje y promover un aprendizaje de las matemáticas con equidad, que pueda adaptarse a diferentes realidades.
