RESUMEN

En este trabajo se presentan los resultados de una investigación
realizada para el planteamiento de un programa de Maestría en
Pedagogía con mención en docencia intercultural a partir de un
estudio de mercado de demuestra las necesidades de profesionales de
la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación Humanas y Tecnologías y
profesionales que actualmente laboran sin perfil en docencia pero
como docentes se enfrentan a diario con el problema del multicultura-
lismo. El programa está enmarcado en lo que establece la constitu-
ción, la ley y el Reglamento de Educación Intercultural y el Buen Vivir.
Para la universidad, fue de suma importancia identificar asignaturas
y contenidos que promuevan ésta pedagogía. En el programa de
maestría se aborda la interculturalidad al desarrollar los procesos de
generación de saberes y tecnologías relacionados al campo educativo,
aplicando conocimientos así como técnicas interculturales. En el uso
de ambientes, metodologías de aprendizaje, y en el desarrollo de los
contenidos curriculares, se propenderá a la implementación de proce-
sos y procedimientos que respeten y potencien las diferencias de
género, etarias y aquellas derivadas de la identidad étnica, las capaci-
dades diversas y características socioeconómicas e itinerarios
culturales que configuren identidades.

ABSTRACT
This paper presents the results of an investigation carried out for the
approach of a Master's program in Pedagogy with mention in intercul-
tural teaching from a market study demonstrating the needs of profes-
sionals of the Faculty of Humanities and Technology Education and
professionals who currently work without a teaching profile but as
teachers; they face daily the problem of multiculturalism. The
program is framed in what is established by the constitution; the law
and the Regulation of Intercultural Education and Good Living. For
the university, it was essential to identify subjects and contents that
promote this pedagogy. In the master's program, interculturality is
approached by developing the processes of knowledge generation and
technologies related to the educational field, applying knowledge as
well as intercultural techniques. In the use of environments, learning
methodologies, and in the development of curricular contents, the
processes and procedures that respect and enhance gender differen-
ces, age groups and those derived from ethnic identity, diverse capaci-
ties and socio-economic characteristics and cultural itineraries that
configure identities.

proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje articu-
